How Our Return Policy for Backpacks Works

You can return or exchange your backpack within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition in which you received it

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund or send you a replacement — whichever you prefer.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable digital products

• Intimate or personal care items

• Flammable liquids or hazardous materials
